7.8.1. Object properties

With the Object Editor you can edit all properties of the selected object. The use is similar to the tab Object.

You can open within the Object Editor more editors of connected objects. Please make sure that changes to these objects are saved only after closing the last open editor by clicking OK. Please note also the Information for the Transaction Concept.

By clicking Edit Version Document, you can edit the Version Document of the selected object. If you have selected a view or presentation in the Object Editor, the dialogue with the Version Document of the view/ presentation will open.

7.8.2. Additional properties

Additional to the basic object properties you can choose and edit other object specific properties using the tabs on the left.

Depending on the definition of range and multiplicity you can assign one or more values to a property.

If the property's range is an object type of the modeling language, all objects of this type are provided in a drop-down list to choose as value.

If none of the existin objects is to be used as the property's value you can create a new object of the corresponding using the browse button.
