1.3. Uninstall

1.3.1. Uninstall using Windows

To uninstall Cubetto® Toolset, please the enclosed Uninstaller, which can be opened from the Start Menu. By selecting "Uninstall“ in the appearing window, all files of Cubetto® Toolset including the shortcuts in the Start Menu will be deleted from your computer.

ATTENTION: By setting the option "Execute Uninstalling For ...", the whole installation directory can be deleted. This is only recommended, provided you are certain that no personal data is filed there. To prevent the inadvertent deletion of personal data, do not use this option and delete the directory manually.

Note: The file setup.xml will not be deleted from your personal folder. This has the advantage that all previous settings will be retained after a new installation. Furthermore, no database file outside of the installation directory will be deleted. This is especially useful if you have used an external database or have not stored the integrated HSQL database in the installation directory. Delete the files manually if you do not need them any longer.

1.3.2. Uninstall with MacOS

To uninstall the Cubetto® Toolset, simply delete the Cubetto Toolset folder that was created during the installation process. Usually, this folder can be found in the "Program" folder.

Note: The file setup.xml will not be deleted from your personal folder. This has the advantage that all previous settings will be retained after a new installation. Furthermore, no database file outside of the installation directory will be deleted. This is especially useful if you have used an external database or have not stored the integrated HSQL database in the installation directory. Delete the files manually if you do not need them any longer.

1.3.3. Uninstall with Linux

To uninstall Cubetto® Toolset, simply delete the Cubetto directory created during the installation.
