Learning
The knowledge management combines old and new concepts which both follow one big goal: Learning from previous experiences. The possible uses are as complex as their utility. High innovative development processes benefit as well as standardised administration procedures from the exchange of experiences of every participant.
Ideally the company already has predetermined business processes. Those will be enhanced with a new view of knowledge oriented aspects.
